Gold member now, I wonder should I change my name to "Austin Powers in"?
Anyway, the other day I decided to do something really special in FS9... to actually fly a plane. Screenshots took a back seat but here are a few anyway...

Nice shots, especially the ones of you landing in the fog!
pass me back and forth between centres like a tennis ball and so on
The one reason I never fly IFR.
my first officer gave me a funny look when we pulled 5gs.
You pulled 5gs in a 737?! I'd give ya a funny look too...

Brilliant stuff! Wonderfull and funny story! How many passengers did survive? I'm looking forward for more of this!
As for the following the red-line thingy... if atc says something like use own course or something along that line, search for the little dial that says nav and gps... switch to gps and change the HDG hold on the autopilot to NAV... guess what? The autopilot starts following the red line! No more atc-demands! lol! Keep on going until ATC gives you a new heading ( close to the destination airport), where you switch the dial back to nav and HDG in autopilot.
Took me a while to figure this one out... but no more zig-zag flights since than! ;D
Cheers,
Omag

Smooth landing

Yeah, it's the only way to arrive, sliding down that orange thingy on my backside, epaluettes shining, striding through the clumps of passengers kneeling and kissing Mother Earth among the smoking detritus from the mangled landing gear, pausing to place a playing card on the scarred fuselage so they know who's responsible, inhaling and announcing... I love the smell of burning rubber in the morning... and then heading off to the pilots lounge for a well deserved glass of...Staropramen Black
