Since only one or two were made, and it never got out of the prototype stage, who's to say that a double canopy version as portrayed in the model would not have been the production version?

That's my story, and I'm sticking to it!

interesting, I also heard that all that lovely armour on the A-10 was only provided for the pilot on these beasts  ::)
