Guess Im tired of the heat down here in Florida, so I took a snowy tour of New York in a Bellanca Scout!  Sry bout the low quality on a few of em, had to shrink em down to 800x600 wit Photoshop.

Big line at the runway.  I was stuck behind a lumbering MD80 for a while...


Finally in the air!  First stop: Chrysler Building!


Next, a swing-by at the Empire State Building!


Ground Zero- We will NEVER forget...


Lady Liberty (if anyone knows of any freeware enhancements, feel free to post here!)


After that, a non-eventul landing back at La Guardia, where I finally found some cheap fuel and a good parking space amongst other small enthusiast planes!

Try usng F1 View, to get closer without loosing that 'something'

You've got a keen eye for setting up shots! Very impressive stuff. Do you know what F1 is or does?

Not a clue... If it's the key you're talkin bout, I may have reassigned it when I first set up my keyboard!

I use the virtual cockpit till I think I'm close enough, pause, take a look, and try again if Im off a bit.  The shot of Lady Liberty took a couple passes, but I got lucky with the other ones.

And BTW, if ya want a good taildragger, try not only the Bellanca Scout, but also the Super Decathalon.  Both are very fun to fly!

It's not the key I'm talking about, F1View is a viewing utility that allows the user to zoom in and out, up and down etc. with much more flexibilty than the views available on the keyboard or with your joystick. Click here,
