Try to crank the Anti-Aliasing up some more...and use Anisotropic Filtering.

And dont tell me to crank up the settings any more there cranked all the way and i still get 30fps it looks alot better to,thats what im happy about

Yep, much smoother... something that helped for me was disabling antialiasing in FS9 but enabling it on the video card- with my setup at least, it works better with less of a framerate penalty. If you're not doing it that way, might pay to try it...
