Pleasant Surprise..

Postby RollerBall » Sat May 28, 2005 3:48 pm

Taxying in at Schipol I came across a parked Hunting Cargo Vanguard that I'd put in as AI ages ago and forgotten about. It flies regularly between Southend and Schipol and I thought it looked quite the part.

::)

Craig, I can't tell you. I thought I'd installed a Schipol addon but I can't see anything in my Addon Scenery folder. It doesn't look like default does it? But if it isn't, where is it on my disk. So it must be.... ???

She must have logged a lot of miles since you installed it! Nice "busy airport" feel to the pics. Colorful! :)

NL2000, probably residing in your scenery folder

Hi Ivan. I'm sure you're right. Can't find the NL2000 install files on my drive now but with disk crashes and things I've moved my whole FS2004 folder from disk to disk and lost all record of the files I installed from. And the old memory isn't what it was.... ;)

ha ha....know what you mean Paul. I always set my vis quite low - much more realistic - but have to confess that this time I was just flying with 'real weather' so it was set for me.

But wot's really upset me is my 9700Pro that I got off e-Bay has just given up the ghost and I'm back (with these shots) to using my old GeForce 3 Ti200. That's half the reason why the pics seem to have a weird softness about em. And there's no way I can afford another new card right now so I'm stuck with it. Could be worse I spose.....

Hi Roger...!

...you can't beat a bit of "softness" now and again... :-*...!

But like you, with a failing memory, I can't remember too much about it as well... ::)... ;)... ;D...!

LOL...!

Cheers Mate... ;D...!

Paul....sky outside....just overcast...no cotton-wool, Clipper... ;)...!
