JRoc's Chinook repaint (work in progress)

I actually got around to doing a repaint - something I don't do often because I'm lacking in the graphics program department - I'm still using the crappy suite that came with my old scanner back in the day.  Anyway, I digress, and will show you some images of her maiden voyage.

Not bad for my first go. I'm using a crappy photo I took in the 80s of one that was in town here.  I just found a few more that are in good detail, so I'm going to adjust the underside to spec (it's supposed to be a lighter shade of grey, without the wavy parts).

El choppero is the CH-47 Chinook by the Blues Brothers (found at HoverControl).

If it looks this good using a crappy program as you say, imagine how it would look using a not so crappy program. It's a very nice repaint JRoc. Like it.

Crash ;)

Ahh great to see America Jr.  (Canada as most of you call it) getting into the mix of good choppers.

Sorry Rifleman, Stormy, Steve-o, Yancovitch, Spock, FelipeBalalcazar, Clipper, and good ole' Splash if that was offending, you Canadians you.
