JRoc's Chinook repaint (work in progress)
Posted: Wed May 25, 2005 4:16 amI actually got around to doing a repaint - something I don't do often because I'm lacking in the graphics program department - I'm still using the crappy suite that came with my old scanner back in the day. Anyway, I digress, and will show you some images of her maiden voyage.
Not bad for my first go. I'm using a crappy photo I took in the 80s of one that was in town here. I just found a few more that are in good detail, so I'm going to adjust the underside to spec (it's supposed to be a lighter shade of grey, without the wavy parts).
El choppero is the CH-47 Chinook by the Blues Brothers (found at HoverControl).
