There is definately a connection between them all.
1.  Most of them feature mountains(and the stearman is probably over one)
2.  They all have an airplane
3.  They all look AMAZING

it's the default cub with the "piper kittens" repaint

There's a Red Piper Cub repaint for the default that I highly recommend!

Also, here's a site where someone tweaked the flight models of some of the planes!
