The song I mention is from the 80's and your clue is in the images with the big planes over the city at night.

Jordon, I'm working on yours, mine was part of Mad Dogs, Englishman and Joe Cocker from one of  my favourite musical era's the 70's. He was on keybord, and he wrote a lot of other excellent songs covered by artists more renowned than himself. Wore a ridiculously high top hat I remember.................
