Believe it or not, I find 5.6 still REASONABLY flyable, although I'd much rather stay at my usual 15-20.

BTW, nice shots of an equally nice plane, like Jeff says :

Cheers,

Have you tried dropping you autogen a level or two, that could make a big difference to FPS.

By looks of it, you've got it set to either "dense" or "very dense", setting it on "normal" could make a difference to the FPS without making too much change to autogen scenery.

Just a couple of suggestions ;)

Cheers,

Carl

Also, try setting the VC quality to low...makes a big difference in some planes.  The Schupe Rockwell Shrike, F-18, and new Turbo Commander especially!

That the FS2002 F14 tomcat, I really loved the skin on that one. They never recreated it for FS2004. So I found a new love in the SU-27 killer skin.

If ya get bored flying, listen to some music while you fly! Go to the panel section and look for the FDSX panel that allows you to edit your favorite music files into it! (they have to be in wma, wav, or mp3 format for them to work)!

I enjoy getting the tomcat ready for flight on my FD3 carrier while listening to the topgun anthem in the background. Then when I am on the catapult just before I take off, I listen to the "Danger Zone" track! Its Sweet makes you feel like your in the movie if you sequence it right!
