Don't you miss these?

I said to myself here I am patroling the shores of the San Fransisco Bay in a UH-60 Blackhawk and what do I do if I spot a suspicious cargo ship!
Who do you call in for these situations? Then I thought what happened to those Coast Guard boats from FS2002. Well for the hell of it I tried em out in FS9 and with a little compatibility issue (most likey their cockpit veiws) I told FS9 to disable incompatible parts and this is what I got!

Well I said the hell with it, it still floats and you can drive it on the water! It still has its purpose! Now it will make for a cool little movie!

Mav's shots seem to indicate otherwise.
I told FS9 to disable incompatible parts and this is what I got!
As with early FS2002 aircraft in FS9, choosing the No option should give the best results. If you chose the Yes option you can also tweak the appropriate fs9.cfg entry to change it.

Grumpy's Mystery Tours takes to the water. All aboard for the trip of a lifetime.

Thinks....... this doesn't look much like the Solent.

Thanks Mav for giving me a lot of fun. I would never have though of trying it.
If you wish to try changing that fs9.cfg entry here it is. Click No next time.

The boat runs fine in FS2004, but the textures can't be helped its an FS2002 boat!
Hagar - Would I have to remove the boat from the aircraft folder, then run FS9. Then exit FS9 and reinstall the boat inorder for it to ask the "COMPATIBILITY" question again.

Oh I forgot to ask, what were the changes that occur when I adapt the FS9 cfg to accept this boat.
I also downloaded the 110 foot Cutter, How would I alter the CFG for that one too.
BTW your welcome!

Hi Mav. No need to remove anything. Just open fs9.cfg in Notepad & change the value of that entry from 0 to 1. I'm not sure what difference it will make to the boat but it's handy to know if you ever try an early CFS2 or FS2002 aircraft in FS9. This actually does the same thing as clicking the No option on that warning message.
