Once again there seems to be a growing disregard for posting shots within the guidelines set forth by Pete on image size! There are a number of people posting shots over the 100kb limit and also many people posting shots that are linked to other sites like Photo bucket and Image Shack! Also there are a few with signature images the size of a regular photo!
In the past we have resized the image to work within the site rules but with so many linked to outside sites, we have no choice but to just remove them. Please people, if you do not know how to upload and post an image, please see the tute on

I have also posted a copy of the guidelines for this site.
