Picking up Survivor Man at Thunder Bay South Float Base


Leaving the towering grain elevators behind.


Another view of the elevators and the rail yards down by the docks as we head northwesterly.


Passing by the ski hills, strangley vacant of skiiers even with a nice looking powder cover.


Some of the many lakes in the area.


Dropped off Survivor Man in the wilderness, to survive without food or water for a week.  While he surveys his suroundings I power up for the return flight to a nice warm meal and cozy bed.

Yes that's flight ontario's FS9 version of their Thunder Bay scenery.  Quite good rendering of the major landmarks there.  I've flown over thunder bay many times whilst living there.

Lol - I wonder if 'Survivor Man' is Les Stroud?

LOL...bang on m8.  Now I have to go back and get him as the missus is peeved I didn't get his autograph.
