Whooptidaaaaay! Lovely airplane! Awsome shots! Looks like a lot of fun to fly.
Say, I can't see that well, but didn't you loose your passenger in that last shot after the loop? ??? ;D ;D ;D

Omag, I think the passenger is just leaning forward puking his guts out. As usual, impeccable shots of a beautiful paint Lemoncat. :)

Read a story that this reminds me of:
Harry Badger hadn't been up in an airplane and Sam promised to take him for a ride. Time passed and Sam decided to take his swallow out to Harry's place to give him a ride. Harry climbed in and Sam took of. He made a mistake and should have taken off in the opposite direction as it was dead calm. Sam hit the top of a birch tree that was on the far side of the field (the sun was in his face).
There was an awful smack as branches flew, the Swallow faltered, caught its breath, and went right on up with pieces of the tree dangling in the wings and undercarriage. Sam had his hands full just handling the plane, but when he did look, Harry was gone! He circled the field and landed to find that Harry, though unhurt, was curled into a little ball in the bottom of the cockpit...not to mention unwilling to ever fly with Sam again!
From
The Last Of The Bush Pilots by Harmon Helmericks.
Must be others had caught wind of that plane...I had a difficult time getting it!

ah, a wonderful aircraft, remnants of one awaiting assembly can be found strewn all about the aircraft structures labroom at the university... ;-)
Last semester we worked on some wooden wing ribs which were from it, (Not the airplane itself, but same exact type)....
