Another Socata...the TB-20
I heard about this one some time ago (Can't remember from whom)...
This is Socata TB-20 Trinidad.

The VC very good for a freeware plane...

The gear is retractable...

I found it on AVsim...
Now I have good news and bad news...
The bad news is that it shoots up like a rocket...till it stalls that is. It is very twitchy and hard to control (the Vought Corsair is easier to fly!)
The good news is that I read of a payware one designed by Eric Dantes (who did the excellent freeware Twin Bonanza, and a Twotter with a great VC, among other things).
The article said that the TB-20 flies a lot like the Default 182 Skylane.
Sooo...I copied the following sections from the 182 into the aircraft.cfg for the TB-10 (replacing what was there):
[WEIGHT_AND_BALANCE]
and
[airplane_geometry] .
Next I copied the file Cessna182S.air into the Socata_TB20GT folder and renamed it TB20GT.air.
Now it flies great!
