Here I am in my socata, taxiing down rwy 16/34 to get to, rwy 34 at Palwaukee (KPWK)

please note how me, and the aircraft in front of me taxi through even when a cessna was ready to takeoff.

I know what you mean. It can get frusterating. >:( >:(

Wait till you have a jet come up behind you, and ATC tells them that they are second to land, to follow your aircraft on final, but they still fly right over the top of you.......

And the funny thing is right as the jet who just flew over the top of you is ready to touch down...THEN ATC will tell them to go around..........Heck they might as well go ahead and land.........

Palwaukee! When I flew on my dad's corporate jet into Chicago that's where we landed. After Chicago we were going up to Milwaukee to visit my grandparents, and my dad's colleague almost had a heart attack when he heard the "waulkee" because he thought the pilots were flying us to Milwaukee, not Chicago.

btw, anyone who deosn't know, corporate jet travel makes first class look like a festering s**t hole.

And ramos, that happens in real life at-o yea, it happens at non-towered airports... nvm  ::)

well, KPWK is towered, but this is just FS.

I live what, 1 1/2 mi. from there. i'm more or less along the flightpath of 14R at ORD.
