This is the Ziln 226...Updated for FS2K4!

Image

Yes Heretic (Josef Smurflin, ATI, or whatever you call yourself these days...) it has a decent VC...

Great Pics jordanj, Those Zlin's are great. I've flown them thru 3 FS versions now I believe. There is a fs9 version of a zlin 526F floating around somewhere as well, very nice. They have always had a first rate VC.

That website is cool too, some nice addons there.

Nice... anybody know where I might find a Zlin 242 model for FS9? Any such animal?  I logged an unforgettable hour of dual in one a few years back, and I'd love to try it in the sim.

Hehe, I'm glad someone actually likes my Trener at the time of visually superior models :) It's just converted FS2002 model after all...

rottydaddy: As far as I know, none of the Czech designers is working on Z-242 at the moment. But Milan Lisner released nice Z-142 before Christmas (it's available at the same site as my Z-226).

Right now, CVA is working together with Pannon Wings Design Team on their Z-43 model, which at this moment is the most complex project I've ever worked on. I think (and hope) you will like it too... And there are more interesting projects waiting in their queue :)

Some Z-43 preview shots are there...

As far as I know, Milan is working on some repaints and also on the repaint kit for his model. I think his repaints are mostly planes of the Aeroclub of the Czech Republic, but there might be some surprises too. But I'm sure there'll be plenty of other repaints by other people available after he releases paint kit.

That's some good news, thanks! And I don't mind 'em being czech. I mostly fly in Slovakia and Hungary, so the repaints wouldn't be that disturbing, will they? ;)
