My newest EF Typhoon, in the colours of A&AEE, flying over Boscombe Down. This will be my 40th released repaint, and my first since joining the guys at A-V-A UK.

I read that DSB was working on a FS2004 update (with VC)...have you heard anything about that?

That was planned a while ago. But DSB have decided to stop all freeware design work, typhoon included. There are good reasons beind this, as expressed by them at the time.

Interesting, and very accurate too. The only problem is even they (QinetiQ, and current A&AEE thing) haven't got one yet

. BAE SYSTEMS are very touchy with their Typhoons

Be nice when they do though.
Nice repaint, up to your normal high standards. I look forward to downloading it

Could do with a roundel just below the front cockpit or just behind the rear, as I think these would be the best places for the fuselage roundel...

Thanks :) I'll bob a roundel on the side, probabley as you say, just behind the rear cockpit.
Pity they dont have one yet, I based it on photos of Jaguars, tornados, and even a seaking to get the idea of the layout of the paint.
It should be up and about very soon :D

It's pretty much spot on in that respect. There are a few variations on the fleet of "Raspberry Ripple" aircraft anyway, if you look at some of the Hawks there are subtle differences between them. It's a very attractive scheme though.
BTW, if you're interested the first operational Sqn (after OEU and OCU) should be 3 Sqn if you were looking for inspiration. The next two have been announced too within the RAF but off the top off my head I can't remember which they are - might be 11 and 25...?

Well there are a lot of the fighter squadrons out already... however I am tidying off a package of the 4 RAF squadrons that currently fly Jaguars.

...Or even 11 Sqn (Coningsby 2007) and 6 Sqn (Leuchars 2008 ). Not 25 at all...
