Basic VC.
Get her here:

This VC almost has payware quality!

A sign on the panel says "Aerobatics prohibited". Why??

It's probably a club aircraft and they don't want just "any Yahoo" to mishandle her, leading to overstress and premature fatigue. Not to mention unreported or just plainly non-identified incidents by pilots who wouldn't recognise overstress until a wing folded up.
Something to think about next time you hire a club aircraft capable of aerobatics.....

It could also have an AD which prohibits aerobatics on the type after so many hours, or until a mod is completed. Or, possibly some minor damage or fatigue which would prohibit safe aerobatics on the particular aircraft.
The "Why" actually was a rhetorical question.
