Flying near Mt. St. Helens in the Hoffstadt Bluffs Helicopter Tours Bell 206 B JetRangerIII.

I did this repaint after I had an opportunity of flying in the actual helicopter itself. Look up tail number N636ES on Airliners.Net and see an actual photo of the real helicopter.

Nice pics, but just a suggestion....

Why not use full screen rather than windowed, or if you don't want to change, crop the shots to remove the frame before posting.

Windowed is totally naff...sorry, but a friend needs to tell you

You ought to crop out the red text too!

I did that but didn't post it - didn't want ole Bell206freak to think that we are totally trying to take his trousers off.... :D

After all, he's only a 6-poster...... but I think (and hope) we'll be seeing a few more from him  8)

lol.  But I thought this was a raw screengrabs section only?  ;)

I have plenty more screenshots taken while in flight in FS9. Mostly, I fly the Bell 206B or the Bell 407 by either Alan Devins or Manuel Gonzales (probably the most realistic 407 for FS9 out there).

(BTW, I've managed to procure a much, MUCH more realistic bell 206B sound effect for interior and exterior in-flight sound, and it blows the default MS Bell206 sound out of the water)

I forgot to crop the text from being in slew mode in a few, but I am in the works of doing that as well as getting a few more screenshots.

I have several screengrabs of my flights above the World Trade Center (an add-on scenery), and flying above Washington State landmarks, such as the Tacoma Narrows Bridge, Space Needle, or Mts. Rainier and St. Helens.

I plan on posting these as soon as they're cropped.

Any chance you could send us a link for that sound file?
Sounds cool. (No pun intended)  ;)

http://63.217.28.218/files/1misc/Bell206BSound.zip

It's 2.9 MB and it's basically a revision of the default FS2004 sound system for the Bell 206B.  Revised are the HE4 and xhe4 wav sound effect files to reflect more sound accuracy while flying it. These were taken from in-flight recordings.
