I thought those were Beavers...is the Norseman a type of plane?

It certainly is. The Noorduyn Norseman was built from 1935 until 1959 and it's the plane that Glenn Miller was lost in during WWII.

This is the FS2004 Norseman by Brian Gladden - model, detail and FDE are great but panel and vc not quite to the same incredibly high standard I think.

But who am I to criticise and hopefully the pics show just how much I like it.

Highly recommended!

Roger

BTW thanks guys for the kind comments

:)

Thanks Stephen

Well worth it - you won't regret it. Looks and flies very nicely and it's great for Bush flying. With a nose like a barn door and fairly hefty flaps its short field performance is great - especially landing.

Only one thing - its contact points are slightly out. Change the tail wheel height to -3.55 and the main gear to -7.5
