That Waco is one sweet plane, isn't it.

So far, it's the one of the only planesI can throw around without overstressing (the other is the Airheads Bellance Decathalon).

Went to an airshow this summer and someone was flying a Waco with a jet engine strapped underneath, it was unbelievable what this thing could do. Absolute vertical climb to 8000ft. ::)

Yes I saw that! It was at OSH Aiventure! That was amazing! It would have the jet turned off and just before stalling he would turn the jet on and just rocket. It was awsome. There is a picture of it at airliners.net
