How do I cange my pic to the right size file? It isnt really explained. E.g. under 100k and less that 800 wide. how do i do that?

Use this program:
www.irfanview.com It's free
Open a file, go to the image-tab in the menu and choose resize/resample and set the right size.

PixResizer is more efficient as it can do several at once! You can't go wrong with either!
