Be sure to convert it to a jpg, it's a bitmap, and way too large at over 1 MB!

You can't have spaces in the URL and you did not have .jpg inserted.  I fixed it for you and welcome to the screenshot Forums!!  See the top post on how to post an image and happy posting!!!
