Hi, i am dr. Omag, PHD in geology... field of excellence? Volcano's! I love those roaring mountains...  They tell so much about the history of our planet, and you actually see the forming powers of nature at work...

Now, to show you a bit of my work, i present you this little toy i got from the US governement... The Gyrodyne QH85...

A remote controlled chopper with a mounted camera!

Now lets explore two mountains...

First, Canlaon ... In the Phillipines...

Sunset make's the tour a bit more scenic...




Who can point the crater?




Climbing just a wee bit more...




And there she is! Now let's not get too close... ( expensive material, you know...)




Camera functions well...




Look at that inferno...




... Oh, yeah, this was Sicily - Italy... The Etna... Nice show!




... This baby sure takes you where you would cook, or die from the toxic gasses... You've gotta love her!




So, i hope i've inspired you all to get an interest in geology... When you've got pretty pictures of your own, don't be afraid to show them to our friends...

Found on avsim - search volcano... Etna for Fs2002, but works in FS9!
