Well we went to watch some real wild animals and the only really wild animal we found was a water chicken, it started to rain cats and dogs (or like they would say here " elephants and hippo's " ;D). We tried to stay so that we at least would have a picture of a wild animal, but it wasn't meant to be. The only pictures we have are pics of some kind of african frog thats as big as a cow ;D. After running like complete fools we made it to our plane, i took this picture so you could see the rain (and i thought it never rained in Africa :P ) comin' down in buckets :o. So lets go to our next destination Mali's Bamako (GABS) airport in the city of Senou, if we get there in this weather........where's my umbrella ;D ;D.
Image
Just outside of Sanjul International in this awful weather >:( .
Image
Flying over the river called Niger, if you can see it of course ::).
Image
Getting closer to Mali, and the weather just won't get better >:(.
Image
Airport ???, what airport ???
Image
Davy needed to point out to me where the airport was, i think that my eyes were tired of looking at the rain all morning ::). Fueling up for our next destination :D.
Image
Not much to do here, we have to wait for the weather to clear up a little bit more, visibility is a little low. So we'll just have a cup of coffe in the airports restaurant. Some locals say that there's an airshow at our next stop, we might want to participate ;D.
Image
We'll be right back. Happy flying :D.

Very nice  8) Actually Africa gets a lot of rain. In some places in Eastern Africa it rains for weeks non-stop almost!

It's at your 1 o'clock ;D

I think Africa has different names for their seasons as the weather varies more than in our climate...

Yes, they usually have "rainy seasons" in the Spring and again in November  :)
