6 AM, after enjoying a night full of food, music and dance, Davy and i made it to our hotel, but not without being bothered by children who were begging for money or asking for food :-X. By the time we reached our hotel we almost lost our pants to these kids, you could easily tell that they did this each and every day. When we each entered our rooms we found that htere where baskets with fruit, food and champagne. And to think that outside kids where dying of hunger and disease :-[ . So we handed out more of the goodies to these poor people. After seeing all of the missery here we still managed to have a good time (you should of heard the stories the older Morrocan's told) . When we woke up and got dressed we headed to the airport right away and filled our tankes with fuel (surprisingly cheap), upon entering the plane Davy yelled very hard and then used language that can't be repeated, apperently he had stepped into a pile of camel shit (poo), and now he had to clean his shoes, not a very big problem when you live in America, Europe or Canada where water is an every day thing, here in Morrocco water is hard to find and more expensive than water :o. Davy needed to return to town and buy a new pair of shoes ;D. We're ready to go and continue our trip to Novakchott in Mauritania(GQNN) ;).

Suddenly fog came out of nowhere just south of Agadir Morrocco, what a soup :o.
Image
Some of the mosques of the town Taffaya. Just talked to Agadir tower and asked for a weather update, and they said better weather on the way :D.

Finally the weather is clearing out, you can even see the Grand Atlas Mountains in the background :o.

Flying under the scorching Africa sun over the desert :P

An airfield in the middle of nowhere, how could i mis it .

Magnifisent landing if i you aske me ;D.

Found a spot to park right next to a Piper Cherokee. Davy jumped out of the plane and i yelled if he needed to use the washroom again and he yelled back that he didn't. Iclosed up the plane and made an attempt to see where Davy had ran to. I made it outside of the airport and saw Davy running into the desert to a spot that seemed to be engulfed in a sand storm >:(. Furiously i ran after him yelling out that it's not safe in the desert and that you could die (not even the word DIE made Davy stop). As i came closer and closer to that smoky spot where by now Davy already had arrived, i saw Davy hitting a post in the ground in front of a bunch of camels. As i came closer it became very clear what Davy's problem was ::). A s we flew over the desert just before landing he saw these camels smoking their heads off, and if you know Davy you know that he is completely against smoking, and when he see's a camel smoking he just goes ballistic. To prove that this story is true i took a picture of the camels and the post Davy put up ;D ;D ;D.

Ripley's believe it or not ;).

More is coming, stay tuned. Happy flying

Ludo :)
