Hey MC Airjockey... There are planes that are more detailed then others ...
Keep the drivers of your grafics-card up to date, lower the resolution a bit, turn on AA on the card ( not in FS!) and resize with photoshop... Kinda did it for me...

Just do a search on Flightsim.com and you'll get a ton of planes by this guy... Both are out there...
