CONTINUES FROM PART I HERE

Immediately they headed for home, full thorttle.

but the Hurricanes of 111Sq out of batered Kenley had gotten airborne just in time to avenge the attack.

the raiders took their toll to young british hands.

and so did the brave defenders, to German hands.

many died, and few were lucky enough to bail out, some injured, others were luckier.

only in time to hop on a new fighter, and head up to meet the coming wave of bombers.

That last one would make a great closing scene for a movie!
