Returning from St Maarten...

Well its been a nice week or two in beautiful St Maarten but it is time to get back to flying with Air France before i loose my job. Though a good thing did come from the crash of our chartered 737 several days ago... With the settlement from the charter company for faulty equipment that nearly killed several and some money I had been saving back... I had enough to buy a used 737-500 that was ready to be used for parts even though it was still in perfect flying order. So after a quick trip to Seatle's, Boeing field I acquired a personal 737 and decided to leave it in its current airline config for awhile and start my own personal charter sevice for when Im not busy with AF. After a quick paintjob and plenty of paperwork I was on my way back to St Maarten in my new 737
But after a final 2 days of R & R I packed up and headed back to Washington. Though this time carrying 10 of my first paying passengers.
Ready for pushback.

Liftoff of flight 777 to Washington Dulles

Climbing to our cruising altitude.

Cruising along at 32,000 feet.

KIAD tower clears us for landing rwy 1L.

Almost to our gate.

Finaly parked and unloaded. As for this aircraft a friend is on his way to take it on to Fort Wayne for me. For me its back to Paris tommarow morning.

I think im going to have to switch back to Grab Clip Save for my shots. The one im using now came with my webcam and seems to sharpen things way to much.
As for the paintjob. It was my first attempt ever to repaint an aircraft. After somewhere around 5 hours of painting and editing i think i got it to where i like. Though im experimenting with more liveries for the future.
