nice shots ozz. is it hard to land gliders?

Landing a glider is no harder than a dead-stick landing in a plane. You just have to think about the approach a little bit more and be careful with speed.

Am i dreaming or did Ozyy just perform a loop with a glider?  ???

I often do aerobatics in gliders, it really does make your skills sharp, as you've got to get it right with no engine to pull you out of the brown-stuff if it goes wrong

indeed, when landing a glider the speed is the most important thing to keep an eye on. of course this counts also for any other plane. from where i fly, the trees located not far from the treshold are also important!  ;)

with the lack of an engine, you have only one chance to land the damn thing...one shot one kill.

Nice pics. I like soaring in Switzerland its very scenic there.  That looks like Wolfgang Pipers DG100  ;D  He has released a DG202 and a Discus just recently.  Both of these now have working varios  ;D so you get a nice beeping noise when your going up if you turn it on.  

I see you remebered your gear  ;)  I somtimes forget as most of my gliders have fixed wheels or skids lol.
