Away again on leg 3 of my round UK coastal shenanagins.
EGHH-EGKA Bournemouth - Shoreham

Airbourne again and heading to visit mr Hagar i hope hes got the kettle on.

Into The Solent the new forrest runs down to the coast on the left and off to the right is the Isle of Wight. No one out sailing today ... but then again the winds are too light.

More activity in Southampton docks though ... I didnt realise that they backed frigates onto the shore though  ;)

On over Portsmouth.

Low over Bognor and Worthing.

Lined up and buzzing the road into Shoreham

Parked and for the last time on this trip securing the Tiger Moth.

Nicely done eno - but it's a pity that the coastline is so empty of ships and stuff because really it's bustling all the time  ???

Even so, in the area you flew I'm surprised you missed the famous Isle of Wight ferry (old kids' joke - what's brown and comes steaming out of Cowes.....), tankers off Esso Fawly refinery and the enormous new cruise ship in Southampton Water......



...... not to mention the small carrier moored off Portsmouth

I know Roller the scenery for FS2002 sucks ..... the addon for Southampton  is from avsim and is supposed to be 12 parts to it ..... I've tracked down 3. There dont seem to be any more ...... but hey ho I got some.

Just kidding.

These are bits and pieces I added in 04 when I was experimenting months ago with the new scenery SDK.

Yeah I got that Southampton package too - can't remember how many parts. It's on my disk somewhere with loads of others in a folder that I'll probably have to label 'scenery - will I ever get around to installing'

It's next to that one labelled 'aircraft - will I ever get around to installing'  :)

No offence taken ........ Its widely known that the UK scenery for FS2002 sucks  ;)
