Just downloaded the Meljet 747 in the BA livery and decided to take her for a quick test run...She flies like a dream!

That's Meljet's 747, originally for FS2002 but it works in FS2004. A little outdated not that POSKY has released their fantastic 747 but still a nice aircraft.

I used to run a system not far from that.  only 350 Mghz 292 mb ram and the same graphics card you have.  by the looks of your shots youve probably got it about as tweeked as your going to get.  Im surprised you can fly the Meljet aircraft at all.  everytime i try to download and fly one the frames drop to 2-3 FPS even on my new system.  Im a little confused on that too.  well anyways things look good from this end ;D    good luck and good flyin ;)

There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

Actually Ozzy I belive that all British Airways a/c now use the call sign Speedbird. Great to see such a lovely bird. How many aircraft have actually been called Chatam Historic Dockyard?

Why is it that airline's don't always use their real name for their callsign?  Like America West is called Cactus ???

How'd you get your sim to not have the stairstep effect?  I'm running FS9, but my card is 64mb (Nvidia Riva TNT) like your's.  I get the biggest stairsteps I've ever seen... :(

I've got all my sliders maxed out, with antialiasing maxed at 4xS.  Also, have FPS set at 25.

Short of buying a new computer, I think this is the best quality that I'm going to get.
