Airbus 340-600

Postby Dannyboy » Tue May 04, 2004 8:13 am

Here is a A340-600 that I am  trying to get to fly and land right. This one is a frame rate hog, very difficult to land with low frame rates. Here are a few pictures of her anyway.

Nice shots,

The plane is ok, it could look better, especially the nose, but that is one nice livery!

Is that the one that was primarily made for AI?  If so, I have it in the singapore airlines livery and it was a decent ride....Pretty easy to land and the frame rates weren't really bad.  The paint job was a little blurry and it wasn't very animated, but hey...it's a 600!

nice shoots.

No this model is from Flightcraft, it is the Gulf Air that you can find at www.flightsim.com in their newest files, I added the Virgin Atlantic textures, which I got somewhere, I can't remember. They also have a Cathay A340-600 from AI, I think I will try that one out also. I downloaded another A340-600 from flightsim, it is from SimuBuild Freeware Group in Virtual airlines Mediterranea livery, I will post and let you all know how these other models are.  :D  ;D

Hmmm, from the side it looks too much like a b-52.  :P

Pic 3 is the best anyway.  8)
