That must be addon scenery. Inless they've redone it since FS2002. The default rock in that just looks like some kind of hairy pimple. :P

it's a very small addon, just about 744 kb called gibraltar2004.zip located at nonodes.com (flightsim) and avsim

great shots Ozzy, as usual!

BTW, the canopy is open, do you want some fresh air? tired of the "rubber taste" oxigen air mask? :X :)

The add-on is also available right here at SimV ;) Check this mornings downloads page under scenery.
I was posted to Gib many years ago, and I have to say its still one of the happiest memories of my time in uniform. Wonderful days, great bars and our own private beech. Attractive ladies only ;)

Great pics, Ozzy.

I attach a couple of my approach (and near miss) in the IADG Airbus A319, with the addon Rock of Gibraltar in FS2002.

Hi all,

Couldn't help but put in my 2 penneth. I used to live in Gib for a couple o years with my Father (ex RAF), in 1 of th High risers near the airport.
However so far the best I have seen is the Aerosoft Gibraltar. Worth a look at superb detailing even down to cars driving across the runway, which stop at gates when your get close. Superb.

Ah yes - Gibraltar. Gateway to the Med, home of the Barbary apes..

I've got Spain/Portugal mesh installed plus Europe/Mediterranean. Don't know which one my Rock comes from but it's pretty good

Image

Hold on....spotted a bit of movement there on top. Must be one of those apes. Let's take a closer look...

Image

Bloody hell Mark - what did you get up to when you were posted over here  ???
