Notice how close to the R/W is the Blue Steel Missile! That's the reason it was decided not to use the Victor as a Blue Steel warrior and develop the K tanker instead. ::)

Omag its a Victor, part of the V-Bombers.
The others being the Valiant and the Vulcan (drool drool).
If you look in my V-Force thread you can see the K2 variant ;)

Alas Doug to the best of my knowledge there are none :'(
XH558 (Vulcan) is under restoration, and there is a K2 Victor that is currently worthy of ground taxiing under a full restoration as well.
I hope they can get them back in the air, wonderful planes ;D ;)

There are actually two Victor K.2 that are still capable of fast-taxi runs - XL231 at Elvington and XM175 at Bruntingthorpe.

If anyone wants to catch them strutting their stuff, '231 should be taxying at the airshow on 21/22 August and '175 will be on show at the Bruntingthorpe openday on May 2nd
