not exactly an f16 but an old italian jet dating from somewhere in the 40s. more on the experimental side and a beast to fly but fun :)
someone actually flew this thing from milan to rome setting a new world record back then...

Caproni is not yet a true jet, do U know that???
there is still a pistin engine that moves the compressor, dunno if this is exactly way to explain it, but I saw another day a article about this pearl!!!
it's a very nice design for that age!!!
