Parallel Approach

Postby Silver1SWA » Thu Feb 26, 2004 6:09 am

Another reason why I love FS 2004 so much.  If you fly to SFO, you are almost guaranteed to do a parallel approach with AI aircraft.  Heh, same can be said about real life as well!   ;D

Here we have an interesting angle.  Kinda like a ground perspective.

And finally, here we see what the passengers see!   8)

;D ;D ;D

If thats the SGA DC10-30 (new version) and it certainly looks like it, that is one awesome aircraft.  It has quickly become  one of my favourites since downloading it a little while ago.  Awesome plane, and same with the pics, Silver

I've always thought the DC-10 looked shrp in the UA colors.
That window view  is cool and my favorite shot.

While we're on the topic of KSFO:  Does anyone know of any ACOF compatible scenery for SFO? It's a very col airport as we can all see, with those paralell runways and over water approach.
I'd love to take shots like this--> http://www.airliners.net/open.file/510977/M/, but the default scenery isnt that great.
