June 6, 1944-Early morning

This is the story of one C-47 pilot parachuting troops behind enemy lines...


We all got up at 0400. No one else was up. We knew today was the day. We would put our guys right on top of Jerry, trying to crush or pull them out of France. We all climbed into the C-47 surrounded by fog, and took off, knowing we would most likely never come back...

Startup engines and begin to taxi.

Hmmm, well I'll reserve judgement until I've seen part two flyboy, but a couple of good night-shots there, and a couple of err not so exciting ones ;D

lol... Well, not all screenshots have to be a 747 pulling into San Marteen with a big 'ol colorful sunset behind it... ::)
