BEAT THIS SPEED!!





The terrain didnt even have time to process the ground textures :-/

What are your criteria?

Aircraft, area, time, wind, etc?

Any Aircraft other then the X 15, and the shuttle, or a modded .CFG, winds below 10 Knots, any time, any area

At that speed and that angle it looks like you are bout to eat a dirt samwich. Didja?

yes, I did, but not a "dirt sanwich", but rather a "brick sandwich" (I hit that house that I am pointed towards) :-/

Eh, hee, hee..........I think ya'all gonna have to take this to the high desert of California, say Muroc, or maybe Echo Canyon, Nevada.

My first plan was to take the Mirage up, then down!




The run didn't go to well when I pulled up too fast!


My next plan was not a great Idea but even so getting off the ground would have been a start!

you can easily reach mach 3.4 with the XB-70  ;)

even more than mach 4,if you've got less than 10% of fuel left. and you gotta switch "overstressing" off...

First, no crashin, cant tell the tale if ya didnt survive.

Also, cant survive if ya over-stress...........same difference.

Hmmm, and one other thing.........at only 244ft that indicated airspeed is actually slower than it looks as yer doin much less than mach 2 even, cuz at FL600 I can get her up to mach4, which coverted is about 3,000mph!! Hmmhpf! :-/

How did you get the Mirage landing gear to work in FS9?
