"Welcome to Beautiful British Columbia!"

Thats the moto on the sign when you enter B.C. and did those words ever ring true on this leg! :o This leg of the trip was packed with beautiful scenery!
I was very excited to head STRAIGHT south and get down farther in B.C.

After doing some sightseeing around Whitehorse and picking up some sourveniers for the family, I loaded up the Baron and headed out.

My destination for this leg was Kitimat, B.C.

Flight Info....

Current location...

It was a cold morning (-25 Celcius) so I had to take a little extra time to warm up the engines. It was also nice to see that Lear beside me as I had not seen too much traffic for the past while!  :D
Image

Had to taxi to the other end of the airport to get some fuel!
Image

After then taxiing all the way back to the other end of the airport, I finally got out the runway and headed out!
Image

The flight was jam packed with absolutely stunning scenery but I had to show you this....
Check out the cliff at the end of that runway!!  :o I would hate to approach or try to take off against that!  ;D
Image

Getting her lined up parallel to the Kitimat River....
Image

Wait a minute....what the heck is this wet stuff?! Could it be....RAIN! Well, well, well...it was so warm that I actually hit rain for the first time in a VERY long while!
Image

Parked and secured. Going out to enjoyed the ABOVE freezing temperatures!
Image

For the next leg of my trip I will stopping over at Rifleman and Stormy's local airport! We'll see what transpires out of that!  ;) ;) ;D ;D

Thanks for watching...comments/suggestions always welcome!
