Im still Stuck

Sorry to bother you all agian I am trying to post some sreenshots but I am stuck I have taken the shots and uploaded them here at the upload images, then I got the message upload successful and something saying "use this as your link" then Im confused what to do to actually post the shot. Any help would be great.

When the upload page says your pic is saved as
"http://www.simviation.com/yabbuploads/yourpic.jpg"
Yourpic.jpg is an example. Replace this with the name of your file and than .jpg if it is a Jpg or .Gif for a Gif
