They were eather out to lunch or sleeping.

But if they were sleeping I bet they woke up pretty fast when you buzzed by the windows

Thats odd, i remember the KORD tower having like 30 people in it, but it might have been the KDFW tower, im not so sure.

There may still be thirty people in the tower, but would you just stand there while a cannon armed Spitfire was boring down on you? Not bloody likely. They are all cowering on the floor, if they're smart.

You could try putting some men and women in there with FSSC. There are some people macros available somewhere, that might be quite fun!
