Thanks for the compliments. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

i dont know why your pics are not coming out.  you dont get that quality when flying do you???

i noticed that you have your fps locked at 51  you might take it down to 25 or less.  probably closer to 20.  you will have a smoother flight that way ;)

what are you using to take those shots.  im using Grab Clip Save and it seems to work fine.

if you get that quality while flying than you probably need a new graphics card.

i just got a GeForce4 64 mb   chip today.   it seems to be almost perfect  even with the senery set kind of high.  id recamend it if it came to getting a new chip.

well i hope this helps   i dont know to much else.

Well, considering I've got a 128MB Geforce FX5600, the new card can damn well wait!  ;)  ;D

Alas, FS2002 has never given me very good results with screen shots I do freely admit though this effort is pretty feeble!  ::)

I'll go away & re-work these shots, I'll use CFS2 which runs very very well on my system (well, most of the time!) I'm sure the results will be better!

Thanks for the input! :)

Paul.

The quality of the plane is pretty good, even if the weather isn't.

Nice pics ;D

I think, like Triple said, if you take back the locked FPS to about 20-25, you'll see an increase in quality. Probably your PC is working it's ass off to keep up the FPS.

Like the shots anyhow. Concorde is a beauty. Always.

music while flying?

nice idea,but IMHO,winamp takes up much too much system resources,which are missing for FS then.

a few tips:
  • at least siable the visualisation for WMP
  • set the max framerate to 25
  • put the cloud sliders as far right as your machine can handle

Yup Winamps pretty crap, thats why I'm using Media Player 9 , I know you should'nt run other apps whilst simming, but tunes help me float about the skies...... ;)

Cheers for the comments guys, as I used to post loads of CFS2 stuff a while back, I'd like to think my FS2002 efforts would be considerably better, alas, ::)  :-[  :-/

Time for this Celeron to find the dung heap!

Considering the price drop of intel CPU's upgrade time is here again!  ::)

Music.. Must have!!

I wanted to comment.. winamp..
Winamp3 = resource hog... bad
Winamp2 =  ;D

I play music in the background of FS2004.. and just about every other game I play.. Winamp2 is the best player i have found. It is lean and mean!!
