well is not like i have FS9 or anything but those textures are way better than the default ones.

Yes they are animated and the effect is apparent everywhere, below are 3 more shots to show it off, I really like them and they are better than the Microsoft ones.

Installed it. No frame drain surprisingly. Looks great. Another Bill Lyons masterpiece.

Do you think they would work with 2k2?  I don't see why they wouldn't, but scenery isn't my area of expertise.
