Earlier, I decided to search Simviation for a new plane to DL and this caught my attention.
It`s Jim LeRoy's Pitts S-2S "Bulldog" by Mikko Maliniemi

"PittsS-2SBulldog2k2.zip" under 2002 props.

It was a very pleasant surprise. :)
It`s fully animated with a VC and works perfectly in ACOF. It flys great,

I know.
I just slid the canopy back to enjoy the fall air and get a better view. :)

What kind of trouble are you having?
I also have the decathlon and I`ve found it (like the Pitts) very easy

I`m not shure I know what you mean.
Are you saying that the engines are not properly responsive below a certain RPM range?.

If so, I`ve never experience that.

what I mean by below the power curve is i am below stall speed and I can not get above stall speed fast enough

OK, it sounds like you might be attempting to land at too low a speed
If you are stalling and don`t have the altitude to recover, this is most likely your problem.

Both ACs in question are ment to fly fast as they are designed for arobatics.
Like I said eariler, they both have symetrical  airfoils and no flaps so, you really have to keep you speed up when landing. The air files are somewhat realistic in this respect.

In other words you can`t lower the flaps (you don`t have any) cut power, and depend purely on altitude to get you to the runway. You must maintain some throttle to keep you moving fast enough.

If you trim them for level flight and keep above stall speed when landing, there should be no problem.  :)
