Southern Hospitality
Posted: Sun Oct 12, 2003 12:05 pmI cant help it, i just love this eurofighter. So i decided to take it on a long haul trip from detroit to memphis, we pick up this trip as we arrive over Memphis international.
Well its wakey wakey time for the workers of MEM.
pulling well over 1000 knots and buzzing the terminal
well after waking them up i decide to pull a hard right and head towards downtown memphis, and well whats a trip to memphis without visiting the pyramid
A 180 and light the burners, these people in downtown memphis wont know what hit em
after a quick blast through the city, i head back to the airport and land, although those memphis controllers :-/ that awful language, some idiot was apparently pulling stunts in the area, while a military aircraft was flying, all they had to do was ask and i would have checked it out for them
i was informed by the tower that i would be escorted from my aircraft by the local police force, How nice of them:) although i dont know why they sent a light aircraft out to block some taxiway, luckily i had some missiles on board just to clear the path
well shut down canopy open, and engines off, wheres that lovely welcoming commity they promised? and what happend to the guys in the tower???
