Flight around the US: Leg II

Ten minutes after I landing at La Guadia I was back up in air heading south along the coast to Maimi. It would be my longest single flight taking about 5 1/2 hours to complete. I saw much more than I will show you here, but I only have room for these eight. Enjoy.
Leaving NYC behind.

If I don't any better, I'd say that is Atlantic City NJ.

It's that 17 mile bridge in the one Carolinas. Don't know which.

I stopped at this small airport for gas called Dare Co Regal.

Hey, look at that! It's one of the strips the space shuttle uses for landing. Mile long, buzzed the hole thing. F-16s scramble...

Wow, one of the shuttles sitting one the pad. F-16s: "This is bonebreak leader, one mile from target."

I sucessfully evaided the F-16s and made to Maimi. Take that Air National Guard!

Little low on final to Maimi Intr. but I like it low.

Next I'll be heading for New Orleans, Houston, and then fly aimlessly across Texas trying to get to the west coast. So keep an eye out.
