Flight around the US: Leg I
Posted: Fri Aug 29, 2003 2:03 pmI took off from Columbia County at about 6:30 and the Hudson River arriving in NYC about twenty minutes latter. I stopped at La Guardia to top off my fuel for the long flight to Florida.
Sitting on runway 3 going over the check list one last time.
Like always, just got up in time.
My home town of Hudson NY. It'll be a while before I see this again.
Just a good 30 miles from NYC. Its weird this bridge is modeled better than the ones in New York Harbar.
Home of the 26 time World Series winners, the New York Yankees...GO YANKEES!!!!! :)

Arrival at La Guardia at about 6:50 am. I took my time, let those 737s wait.
Had I really done all that stuff, buzzing bridges and NYC streets, my pilots licence whould have been taken away. Over the flight so far I've buzzed anything worth buzzing
