I just tryed to upload some screens and when I went to preview it it was just those Xs.  You know what I mean?  I followed all the instructions here, and they're all below 100kb, and all saved in JPG format.  I did the insert image, and change the name from yourpic to the file name, all that stuff.  Anyone know what I did wrong?

Did you use the exact file name of the image? The path is case sensitive. Some paint programs save JPEGs as .JPG not .jpg. This is the most common cause of these problems.
