The Hunt is On

September 1st 1943
It was supposed to be a usual recon mission over the channel islands today. I strapped myself into my Spit, took off, and headed for Gurnsey. The weather was lovely and I thought it was going to be a relaxing mission, for once. I signled to my wingman to check the area to the left.

All of a sudden, three Bf109's came out of nowhere along with a Ju88. The hun hunt was on. I fired some rounds at the Ju88, they peirced the heavy armor plating.

I had to dive quickly to dodge the Hun's baptismal of fire from its aft guns.

I took some damage, nothing serious but I started to loose hydrolic pressure.
The Hun get's blown to peices. For now the danger is over. Hopefully this war will be over soon and I won't have to get shot at anymore.
